Winter season

The winter season in Nové Hrady is offering the visitors not only a number of cross skying trails acrass the beautifull nature of the Novohradské Mountains, but also a close skiing center Harmanschlag (25km), Karlstift (35km) and Sandl (45km).

Also there is a possibility of night skiing under the artificial lighting, and at the skiing centers there is a possibility of ski rental.

In near town of Gmund which is roughly 15 km distant from Wellness Hotel Residence is located an Aqua center. You can spend a whole day in the complex of pools, whirlpools, saunas of all kind and salt or ice caves etc.
